Christstollen von Béa

Die Weihnachtszeit ist für uns alle eine Sinnliche Zeit. Für mich eigentlich etwas fremdes das ich mir mit der Zeit hier in Deutschland angeeignet habe. So ist es immer wieder etwas tolles wenn meine Frau Béa einige Tage vor Weihnachten schon einen Christstollen backt.  Die erste Ansicht ist schon, wie zu sehen, super:

Aber nachdem es seine Zeit im Backofen verbracht hat ist es einfach super geworden. Ich glaube die ganze mühe die Béa sich gemacht hat (mit Rosinen,  Orangeat, Zitronat, Mandeln,  Vanille,  Kardamom, Muskatblüte und Nelke und noch vielem mehr) hat sich sehr gelohnt, ich liebe und genieße es jedesmal, überzeugt euch selbst:
